Figuring out life in recovery is hard. It’s even more difficult when everything is new. That’s why Hope Academy created a program called Guiding Paths to Success (GPS).
GPS is an alternative peer group program that provides support for young people who are struggling with substance-use disorders. Within a safe and sober environment, GPS addresses the social, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of teens in recovery through peer mentoring. GPS focuses on life and social skills development, family involvement, and sober, fun activities while providing individual, group, and family therapy.
There are plenty of fun activities planned during spring break, so if you’re a Hope Academy student or local teen in recovery, be sure to join us!
