Recovery Resources
Connecting to the recovery community and family involvement are key to the overall success of our students. The staff at Hope Academy is dedicated to helping you and your student achieve the best outcomes in both academics and sobriety.
Hope Academy’s Guiding Paths to Success (GPS) is an alternative peer group, a peer-based, family-centered program promoting positive peer support for young people and their families struggling with substance-use disorders and self-destructive behaviors.
Within a safe and sober environment, GPS addresses the social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of teens recovering from substance use, abuse, and dependence through peer mentoring, life and social skills development, family involvement, and sober, fun activities while providing individual, group, and family therapy.
GPS Provides:
- After-school hangouts
- Homework help and tutoring
- Peer mentoring
- Individual, group, and family therapy
- Sober, fun social activities
This program is available for students in all surrounding districts.
